MSPRT is a long-term project documenting the building of two
986-generation Porsches into track-capable cars. The work happens
in a private garage, using whatever combination of self-taught
mechanical learning, considered taste, and accumulated knowledge
serves the project.
The goal isn't to win races. The goal is to build cars that
genuinely deserve to be on track, and to learn what that takes.
Over time, the project will expand to include the practice of
actually driving them - track days first, eventually grassroots
competition. Everything gets documented.
